Like my hedgerow pieces these pieces are inspired by the glorious countryside that surrounds my studio in rural Shropshire. 

The "Meadow" pieces start off as sketches which are translated into cut outs from thin copper sheet and layered into glass.

These pieces are seasonal and I generally make ones that show things as they are at any given moment from the spring cow parsley full of lacey flowers to the autumn seed heads.
